Also, to Isa and Mario:
All my love and thanks for your wishes of fortune in Africa. I e-
mailed you a while ago but Lissy said you might not be checking
that address any more. I hope you are all well and will send me a
note from a new address.
Lots of love,
Billy |

To AB, regarding Anno's score on the mental gender test:
From the Tao Te Ching -
Know the male,
yet keep to the female:
recieve the world in your arms.
If you recieve the world,
the Tao will never leave you
and you will be like a little child. |

| Hi. I didn't know Anno but I did know some of his friends and so have some idea of how deeply his loss was, and is, felt by all who knew him. I would like to say thank you for this website which I use when I need inspiration, to be reminded of how precious life is and also sometimes to be reminded of how the boundless preciousness of life transcends death and continues eternally. Thank you x |

Our open day went brilliantly... Will post some photos after I get back from Lamu - where I am going for a short break -- to sleep and sleep and swim in the Indian Ocean with, I hope, a lot of Dolphins. Love to all and especially to the wonderful Kenyans with whom we have been working, who made Anno's Africa such fun - and such a HUGE success. Back in London on March 8th... xxxx
Today is Anno's big bro's birthday - Happy birthday my dearest Barnaby... xxxxxxxxxxxx |

Thank you Alan for your beautiful words. And dear Lyn you should be so proud of Billy. All the kids at the school adore him and he is now the personal mentor to a young boy called Lulu - a 16 year old Kenyan musician who is blossoming under Billy's tuition. Modest Billy says he is learning a lot from Lulu too which I'm sure is true. All is going so well on Anno's Africa but the slowest of slow internet means we have had difficulty in posting much info so i will put up a HUGE report when I get back.
Think of us on the afternoon of friday the 16th when we hold the open Day for St Johns School... Hope you will all be there in spirit. Love from MamaBee xxxxxxx |

The sun is dry
and streaming thru
my window,
that soft O' so warm adulation
wanting to drive on forever
without destination
I was deeply saddened by the death of Anno. When I learned of his death I went to the nearest bookshop and ordered his book of poetry. The poem above was written quite a few years ago now, I'd like to dedicate it to Anno. |

| Oh Ned, thanks for that...so powerful, so simple...so...it seems so many metaphors, but really just so many ways...and they all meet. |

| I am so touched that you have all gathered in "Anno's Africa" and that Billy could experience this trip with everyone. God Bless each and every one of you in this "wonderful gift" you give so freely. My thought and prayers are with you. Love, Billy's Mom |
