Whoever posted the last message, your praise of Rebel is much appriciated - went to see him just now and he's looking a little better, though he's still in very bad shape.
Anyway I am writing now in my position as webmaster to let those who were wondering know about what's going on with the KjD night, and also future website updates.
Understandably I imagine a few of you are a bit dissolusioned by the way that we'll occasionally claim to be putting on a KjD night, and then nothing coming of it. In the past this has largely been down to emotional issues (ie: in a moment of inspiration someone suggests an idea for another KjD night, then after a while everyone begins to feel it's still too soon since the last one and we need to let them rest in peace for a bit longer before bringing out the banners, etc). Butbut I can ASSURE everyone that the next KjD night is definately going to happen, everyone is enthusiastic about it and some really great idea's have been had for it. Unfortunately it is not going to be till September 2006 though. Sorry about continually postponing, I know originally it was supposed to be in March, but this is down to a number of issues, primarily the fact that in order to acheive the scale and brilliance of what we have planned we really don't have enough time to get things ready by March. I've been meaning to put up a fresh Update on the main page, but because I haven't been with the website technician (Dafydd) I've been unable to, me being illiterate in the mysterious ways of website programming. I would say more about the night now but I actually do have access to Dafydd at this point in time and am planning to put a new Update up, so I'll just explain it all there.
As for the website updates; well there are a number of new changes we have in mind for this site, some small, some major, all good. Again these are unfortunately going to be down to when I can spend some serious time with Dafydd and do them all. We'll try and make some of the minor alterations in the next few days, but the bigger ones are going to have to be in the next few months. Don't worry - they'll be worth waiting for!
I've stuck my email address up here now as I feel I should be accessible if people want to ask me questions about the KjD site, but please bear in mind that if I take time getting back to you it's because I'm at university and I've got a tonne of essays to write a lot of the time!

| Poor, beautiful Rebel! Endless prayers and wishes and healings to the good dog (and to all those who care for him). May he be running and playing real soon. Endless cheers to him too. And endless touchings of faith, hope, and love. Brave dog, you'll be all right. All will be good. |

To everyone who knows and loves my dear dog. Rebel is very ill, he has internal bleeding and has been at the vet's all weekend. Though we thought he might die a couple of nights ago, he's pulled through and is doing better, though his situation is still critical and could change any day. So please will everyone wish him healing thoughts and root for him - he doesn't deserve what he's going through.
